• Refund Requests

  • If you wish to return an artwork, please email a refund request to info@zinlim.com along with the receipt for the return shipping. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
  • You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, including insurance, to ensure the artwork arrives back in its original condition.
  • Once the artwork is received and verified to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed.
